Sabah - KK 1-4 Oct Part IV

Last day in KK!
Morning was breakfast at 1-Borneo. We chose this Hongkie restaurant which that we have not seen in KL or Penang.

The menu itself was so "hong-kong"!!


The coffee was mine obviously! and he claimed that only oldman will drink coffee with this kind of cup!! but well, so... who will drink tea with that big cup then? The pork chop was nice and cheap. But the French toast was kinda... weird! It was like eating a "mi-ku" with honey! Can you imagine... the "mi-ku" (I do not know what is that called in english, but I guess you should know that) with honey?! OK wait... this was still acceptable actually... The worst was the POLO pao (pineapple pao)!! This is the number 1 POLO!! The real POLO pao! Because it served with the pineapple inside!!!! -_-" if you could still remember the "waikiki" burger from KFC!! this is the same pineapple in "waikiki" burger!!! and it was as hard as the batu (rock).




After breakfast was time to catch the bus to town! This is the 1-Borneo shutter bus free ticket! You will need to get this from counter and the bus will come every half hour...

We went back to Philipino Market. Almost all the stalls are selling the same souvenir. We're not really interested in this. Thus, we went for foot massage!!!




Trying the last luck to search for nice kon lou mee but fail...




Pls dont take us back... We want to stay longer!!

Many people has recommended on the Kon Lou Mee in KK, especially at this shop which next to a book shop at Gaya street. So we're looking around for the Kon Lou Mee but the Gaya Street is so long... Then we came to this shop which quite full house and we thought should be not bad too. But... yeah we were wrong.

Kon Lou Mee. I know Kon Lou Mee doesn't look like this, but this was how it looks and it is Kon Lou Mee!!


This sucky meal cost us RM11 and the food ocupied a big portion of my tummy... and we finally found the shop!!!

oh man... How am I going to eat? and yeah, I am so so so regret that I have not try their Laksa and Kon Lou Mee...!!!

look so delicious, smell so good, and the taste is superb!! though I don't eat this!!

That is how the tummy formed!! RM4.50 for a bowl of ngiup chap!

Our next destination was Sutera Harbour. Cool wey, if I rich enough I would like to spend a day here. Seeing those guai lous were really relaxing themselves by the seaside, tanning themselves, reading books!!!









We planned to have lobster at Port View, but 1kg lobster would cost us RM160!! after seening the price we realized we're not at the status to have the expensive dinner...! and decided to go to the open air complex. This time we went for Twinsky Restaurant!


yea, this round we want to eat lobster!! but just a baby size!

ooOops no... we were not eating this particular one! have another cheaper.

dang dang dang dang....~~~!!! The main characters... wet butter lobster and the cheese baked lobster




Crab with Kam Hiong... hmm... but if you want to taste the fresh-ness of the crab don't order it with Kam Hiong, you will eventually taste the kam hiong rather than crab!


another add on... mantis prawn... these two mantis prawn cost RM 48! which I do think is a bit expensive. The Batu Kawan seems like nicer! but steam mantis is always nice!!! :)


This dinner cost RM177

and we got to watch orang asli show!!!


After eating, we have a walk at WaterFront, which is good to spend your night with friends or the love one... lot of cafe, pub there...

The day in KK town!!
Time to explore the town... I have no much idea what we going to see and do...

I remember last time I did take a photo with a fish... and we kinda finding nemo in KK town... haha...




nah... this is that fish that we finding... sorry not nemo... but ya... this is a roundabout!! cool~

see... don't know he see what! We're following the map to walk a big round through the city. I'm sure we have missed out quite a lot... but is ok... as long as I didn't miss out the hand that holding me...
