Last week, my mum was away to Japan... So... we took turn to cook.

Don't ask me why we didn't go and "tapao"... I guess, my grandpa was too excited that he finally have chance to cook some dishes... :P haha...

No doubt... I fried the fish...!!!! -_- the vege and the soup!

All the above were under my control... :)

I added some "ma you" (dont know how to call that) in the soup...

the Kari fish was from my dad...! haha...

and this yam rice was from my grandpa.............!!!! :P

hhhmmm... now I can ensure someone that he can have homecook food next time :)

The 30th Month

It has been 2 and a half year since the day we hold each other's hand. The 17th of every month, we do feel something warm in our heart (OK... the truth is not only this day but every single day!! :p)
We're happy on this weekend since the 17 was fall on the Saturday... Thus, we went for something new (to me)...

It is not easy to maintain a long distance relationship like this. Trust and confidence count but if you don't know about me (or even if you know me)... the worst part of me is I can emotionally cry while I am missing him... (OK, I know this sounds weird to most of you!) and I admit that I totally fail in my confident level. I even had bad dream about ourselves...! A lot of money spent on the bus and flights just to get to spend few days together. When I heard bout some of the friends where they meet up only once in a few months time I feel they're incredibly strong and independent.

I know some people might think that you're one lucky man because I am so cool and might not need you always or might not be care of what you're doing or who you're meeting. And I'm always so independent and can do all the thing on my own. Well... only you know :) Great, so are you one lucky man? haha...

Thank you my mr duckling... 30 months aren't long... but to go through this with me and with you, need lot of lovessss and patience and tolerance (and also money... it's true! ) I know you've been giving me all your bestsss... I promise I will try to let you have no choice but be one lucky man, ok? :)

Recently I am really sick of working... Too many projects come together and each project told me to put them at piriority!!
I do wonder is my problem or the management's problem!! -_-
Honestly, on and off I do think of resigning... But I just can't... I guess I like my job then. To give up I still need to think twice! I need to achieve something (don't ask me what, i dont know) before 30!!
But still it is not impossible to throw letter... :p I need a long long holiday... Flip through my previous blog, realized my working life is dull. How I miss my uni life... erm... not really uni life, but those years where I travelled the most!

thought I will take lot of picture of this twin towers but no... nothing so amazed while look at the pic. Maybe at night would be better.

Finally I made myself to the book fest. I've miss reading very much...! The books were at great discount. Feel like moving all of them back...! Now I regret not buying those!! :( Ooops but I can't bring back those I bought... few still at dear's house!
Next year... I will spend one whole full day there. Have not found the book that I'm looking for...

The weekend was great! I love lazy weekend with darling where we sit down at starbuck to plan out for Bali, sit down at DOME to just passing time, movie at home with ice-cream, nap in the afternoon... But one thing I hate is... my dear was having fever!! :(

We miss out the sun rise... but the sky still beautiful when we woke up...

having breakfast at hotel... is great to enjoy the cold air while having breakfast...

Stop at Rose Valley... this need an entrance fee... RM4 per entry if not mistaken.

Weekend Getaway - Cameron Highlands (Part 1)

Yea, I have lot of photos to upload... so even with 2 days 1 nights trip also needs Part 1 & 2!! haha...
We're back on Sat but was too busy to load the photos to my own laptop...

We had our lunch at this Strawberry View Restaurant. Nothing special here, the strawberry juice taste weird! But this is the (only?? not too sure) restaurant that nearby our hotel so while waiting to be checked in, we went for simple lunch..! and it started rain...! -_-

Jagung are nice!! sweet and juicy!

After checked in, we had trip down hill to Brinchang. On the way, we stopped at these fourist places, I'm not taking down the name but you can find them easily, just at road side.
My happy man, I hope he is enjoying this trip...

After a walk at the Pasar Malam at Brinchang, we went to this steamboat restaurant named "Hai Lun" for steamboad...!!! this is what I want for the Cameron trip!!! Veg + Steamboat + cold weather... prefect match!!! Recommendation from Chee Kin. The restaurant was full house by the time we sit down. Everything thing was good except that the soup was too salty for us! But still I like steamboat!!!! have no enough of this..!!! T.T

After dinner, the sky was getting darker and darker... time to go back for a rest...
and enjoy the white wine bought all the way from PJ by dar dar...

not forgetting the fresh strawberry too...

Another nice weekend with my dar dar and friends. Tried out this new place nearby my house, G-Garden for dinner. Buffet steamboat, BBQ and Sushi, but the sushi are not nice. No much choice for steamboat too. RM20.80 per person, I think this will be my 1st and last time there. hmm... I miss jap food!! >.<

Went to Queensbay last night and surprisingly I discovered this... fake-Naraya!!

The material is definitely different from the Naraya and it has a normal zip. But the price aren't cheap! For the above bag, it is selling at RM25! Definitely cheaper then the Naraya but for the material, I guess the cost price is just RM10?! or less than that! For a bigger one, it is RM50!! The material definitely does not worth that price!! -_-" You can just add another RM10+ to get a good quality bag, why not?

Oh yea... Finally I can spend 5 hours at the saloon... to straighten my hair!! I'm still thinking to dye my hair or not!! 40% discount!! should I? Oppss... super tired and not enough sleep!!

We're now 2 years old... so to celebrate the memorable day... We went to Sushi Tei at Tropicana City.

We do not really spend a lot of time together throughout the 2 years time. Not to say a long distance... but We can't meet up like others. Dinner after work, or simply movie at weekend, we will need to wait... is not easy for us to reach this stage, both parties play an important role!!
It is tired for us to travel eventhough just a 45min flight or a 4 hours bus ride. It is tired too while we're alone... mentally tired! but we appreciate what we have now.

I always wanted to go Bangsar for the street shopping, which I have never tell him till last week. Because the place seems so far from PJ. I wanted to explore this shop mooie where they have stock imported from oversea. I do wonder how they can make money and cover all the rental there. But ended up, I spent! So I guess, they can earn! hmm... yea... else how they can have another shop - moca.
Basically, I like these two shops, and I guess my boy likes them too. It's very comfortable for you to shop there. They have sofa for the guys to sit and wait while their girls are doing shopping. The salesgirl/boy will not entertain you. You can shop freely without ppl keep their eyes on you!
They have customer but not crowded! just so... nice to shop!! Sooooo................ shop lor...!

Remember I blogged about this Anion Sanitary Napkin last month?
Now, time to do a little review of this brand.
1. Feel
The comfort level of this pad is definitely one of the best I have ever used!! The pad itself is thin so yea, you prefer a thin one or a thick one if the absorbing ability is the same or perhaps better? The surface is made from cotton which are softer and more comfy.
2. Absorbing
Personally, I prefer a thin sanitary but somehow I worry at those days while the volume is high. I mean those 1st two days of the period time la...!! Always need to go toilet and check up and change scare if the pad can't hold up to the amount of flow. This however can hold up to 50ml (at least during the demo we're trying on the 50ml) and it still powerful to absorb more. No leakage!!
The above are more to my own personal feeling...

Here are some of the advantages where you can get from its website.
Air Permeability: The base is permeable to air but not to water.

A Weekend Outing

Time flies... now my sis's turn to go study.
The weekend was mainly brought my sister to her hostel and college. Hmmm... eventhough it is called a "university college" but I still think... college la...! I just wonder why it is called "university college". Or it is a university by now?
This is the view from my sister's so called "condo"!!
It costs RM650 per month wey!!! RM650 for a air-cond room which share with another girl!! imagine... a small room with RM 1300 per month!! too much!

After check in the hostel, we went to sunway hotel. Planned to stay a night there but... the rate is RM600++ per night!! Woow... too ex right!! BUT... was fully book!!! Now, you have money also you can't get a room to stay!!!
and my parents ended up stay at Holiday Villa...
Jalan-jalan at Sunway Pyramid... nothing much to shop... and we ended up sien-ing outside the sunway.

I have this Tomyam eventhough I felt sick. But this was the last night and I must enjoy the tomyam to max!!! haaha... Don't be surprise to see what we've ordered! we finished them all...! :p

Finally... The place that I've been waiting for... Sirocco!
I saw this place in a photo which sent by my friend few years back and again in a blog which I follow. Show dear this place and he bought me there!!! haha... Thanks for the sweet moment we have there.
Sirocco, experience the dining at the 65th (if not mistaken) of the State Tower.
A lot of "guai lous" here. The restaurant is too class and made me a little bit uneasy!! -_- ahah...

We can only take photos at the sky bar or at our table. Not even at the staircase that you could see in the photos to avoid disturbing others and also to respect others' privacy! a lot of rules huh!!

After Grand Palace, we walked to Wat Pho. Quite a distance to walk from Grand Palace.
hmm... look alike the penang sleeping buddha...

Calmness is happiness... I totally agree.

You will need to pay entrance fee which is 50 baht per person. Everything seems need to pay in Bangkok.
After that we asked direction for the boat to cross to Wat Arun. It cost 30Baht per person (one way) if I remember correctly.

I like Wat Arun. Eventhough all the Wat are look alike but I just feel differently to this Wat Arun.

After Wat Arun, we took boat to Saphan Taksin where we can take BTS to MBK

We both were super hungry...! Thought to have cheap Thai food at the MBK food court but never know that their food court is so high class!!! sooooooooo expensive the food here... The idea is same like food loft & Marche. You will get a card upon entering the Food Avenue. They will scan your card for what you've ordered. After you have finished you meal then pay at the counter before go out!!

After lunch, I was prepared to start my shopping~~~!!! I thought I will end up buying lots of thing... but no... I buy nothing at all..! I saw alot of imitation branded stuff here...! LV, Tod's... wahh... I would buy one if I know I'm going to lose my Thai baht on the flight back!

Get back to hotel early to prepare for my romantic fine dining at Sirocco!!! :)

Second day, we woke up early and had breakfast at hotel.
The plan was to have tour to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. The cab to Grand Palace costs 100 baht.
You will see me in my sleeping pants because the hotel reception girl said with my Zara brown pants is not allowed to get into Grand Palace. bo huat then, I dont want simply buy a long pants so... But yet I see so many tourist with 3 quarter pants!! But my sleeping pants is really comfortable under the super hot weather...! Pity my dear,who was wearing the jeans!

Before we actually landed, YJ asked me what is the 1st thing I want to do at Bangkok... hmm... what else but eat... Yea, I want TOM YAM KUNG!!!

After check in, we followed the recommendation from hotel and came to this Kuang Seafood.

We both can't wait to taste the local Tom Yam Kung...
and for once I have coconut drink with only 10Baht, but this cost 70Baht!! expensive lor...! so I have chinese Tea... -__-"

One of the important must do list before going off to other coutries is to check out what are the unique thing in that country. Like if you're going to HK, you will start figuring out what brands are cheaper over there as compare to M'sia and what other product which you can only get from their country. So few weeks before I going off to Bangkok, I have read and researched through forum. And I found this...

A lot of ppl were talking about this brand in the forum and the bags look attractive to me! So I have allocated sometimes to visit this shop at Central World. The crowd is crazy... You can hear ppl speak Mandarin, and Japanese there. Obviously, they are from Taiwan, China and Japan.

See the crowd!! The weather in Bangkok is madly hot! But it was cool inside the shopping mall. An advise is, you must have proper rest and drink enough of water! Do not rush from one place to another, that makes you sick. I have a sudden terrible headache at Central World. I guess it was due to the heat I get at Chatuchak. Should have went back to bath before proceed to Central World!

Anyway, I still manage to grab some of the cute and classy bags! I'm ready to share them with any of you that interested.

At 11am, he tried to wake me up by smsing me... but I only managed to hear the sms ringtone at 12noon when he again tried to wake me up!

So I woke up feeling a little bit weak and manja-ing to him that no ppl preparing me nescafe!! and continue to lazying on my bed... while he kept rushing me to drink my coffee! Alright, so I left my phone in my room, and I was up to drink my coffee and read newspaper... and to check when the gang will reach Penang. Yea, friends're coming from KL and we're going to meet up soon in the evening. Honestly, I was a little emo while thinking why he decided not to come! though I know he has not rest properly after Bangkok trip. I even sms him with a sad face saying that he is not coming...!!! and guess what he replied? "End of the month k??" Alright alright...

After an hour, I realized, oh I have 3 smses!! haha... he was so "kang jiong" to check where am I..! duh... I was at home, ok?! and yea... normal conversation like where he going to have his lunch!

"Dear wanna have lunch at ur place ok ar?" hmmm... why still want me to imagine to have lunch with you?
"come la" replied!
"ok coming :)"
and... few minutes later... my friends sent him to my house..........!!!!!!!!

We've been planning for this trip since like 9 months ago...
For once we were quite worry about the political tension and not sure if we can make it to Bangkok. But yea, we're back!!! 4 days 3 nights stay was fast!

The weekend at home, hmm... to be exact, the long weekend at home.
Took a day off on Friday thought of to settle my car service, creadit card bill, facial... and shop for some skincare product, especially the Sunscreen for the coming Bangkok trip. But I only manage to go for facial on the Friday night. Cause I need to attend the problem happened in office! Should have check for the 1st day result before continue to the second day. But anyhow, I am free now after rushing here and there.

The over sized t-shirt I wore last weekend! I felt sexy (don't laugh!!) while wearing my dar dar's shirt!!! hahahaha... but he said I look funny!!! -____-" I forgot to bring any t-shirt to PJ the last weekend. I brought only dresses!!

We went to have a walk at this recently opened shopping mall at Damansara, Tropicana City. I saw this cute outlet, Kitschen!!! Do not mitaken it as kitchen, the masak-masak place but you can find fashion clothes, bags... the concept just like Padini and the price is not too expensive here!

This black dress costs RM100++ I was looking for a v-neck dress to match my birthday present. I thought this looks OK, but he said no... why?? I wonder why??

hmm... I was thinking to change my facial cleanser. I'm using Panco product from Taiwan since four years back when I started to go for facial. The time, I have pimplessssssssssss on my face which now left me all the scar but much better now. The product and facial are both good especially for those oily problematic skin.
The product not cheap though! cost a boom if to buy one full set!! But anyway, whatever good products come with the cost!! Girls... especially those after twenties must take care their skin. What to do?
This is my facial cleanser for four years... Can't believe that I'm suck a loyal girl! But now it seems like only a cleanser and does not help me improve my skin! Perhaps my skin ady used to it and it takes no effect now!

I have tried out Biotherm samples few times. But I do not know the effect on me!! sign... how to see the effect with only one week of using the product?

One thing I like Biotherm is the creams are light. You will not feel sticky after applying them.
And I am quite attracted to the H2O product too! Read some online review on this product seems like not bad!! Should give it a try? Or perhaps try on the Chanel? But it is difficult to get Chanel in penang!!!
hmm... you see... one thing bad about girls... or at least me is... If you let me free to search online or read magazine, I will be easily influenced by the adv or others' comments!!! So pls... keep me busy!!! ^_^

Short Getaway

We have a short getaway from the city to ocean few weeks ago.

But this is not a holiday cruise with luxury deco and facilities. All they have is CASINO and what most of the ppl looking forward is MONEY!!
This is another toy in the house to play with but I more interested in my own cam! Perhaps I need more time to learn about this gadget... but my hands were damn tired after taking a short video.

We went to bed at around 3am in the morning after getting some cold bleeze... is real cold k..! and both my parents still working hard in the casino.
The next morning we're only able to catch the sun at 7 something. And we miss out the breakfast!! Yea, they provide buffet dinner, supper & breakfast. Not forgetting free food provided in the casino for whole night long.

Before you realize, the sun was ady on top of the sky...

is me with sleepy eyes and messy hair... thus I have my cap!

Back home before the noon. Whatelse but take a nap... we slept till my mum woke us up for lunch... super sleepy and we continued sleep after lunch...!!! call us PIG!!

I realized that my skin is kinda dry recently and I need a moisturising lotion to pamper myself in a good scent. Thus, plan for my off day is SHOPPING! So~~~ Shopping lar...!

Since my Body Shop Deep Cleansing Wipes is finishing soon... So time to get another pack but... This Body Shop Cleansing Wipes is expensive!!! RM 1 per wipe. Furthermore, I not used to heavy make up and I believe I do not need a Deep Cleansing solution... hmm... find another alternative plus cheaper replacement.

So I get Skin Food Green Vegetable Cleansing Tissue. Hopefully this work good for me. I love the Body Shop Tea Tree Oil though. If this replacement doesn't work then I will get back this Tea Tree Oil.

I can foresee this coming Ox year is not an easy year for me which the economy recession and those uncertainties. Must think carefully before taking any step of changes.

The new year eve, before reunion dinner was the last round of cny shopping with both my sisters. In the very last minute, I got myself a red new cloth and a pair of jeans from Esprit. A red shirt (from me) and a belt (from sis) for my dad.

Back home ealier to prepare for the reunion dinner. As usual, I was the one that helping my mum. :) washed the fish balls, sotong balls, crab balls, abalone, mushroom, prawns.... etc etc etc.

Chinese New Year is just one week away!!! I have not done any cny shopping so I went Queensbay shopping yesterday... I only manage to get one dress which a bit over-size for me... but that is the smallest size!

Anyone knows where I can get a nice red color dress for my cny? Padini crazy sales still going on! I reach early thus manage to try on some clothes but buy nothing!
The black dress only cost RM 30 ++, but it doesn't look nice on me! I miss the F21 black dress which I tried on last time!

Diva has sales on all the accessories.RM 8 each!! I grabbed two, another one is from F21 with RM10!

These photos were taken during the long break. I was thinking to take the photo of strawberry. Thus we drove to Jusco nearby. But the strawberry are so expensive!! So, ended up buy tomato!! All these photos effect happen accidentally with over explosure!!

I was editing this photo in the midnight, and I can't think of how should I complete the sentence of "Love is...". Thus, I rushed to my dar dar's room and asked him (he was sleeping...) "Love is what??" Then, he not even open up his eyes... just "hmm... hmm..." But yeah, I die die want to wake him up... kept goyang him... "wei wei, Love is what?" and he replied "you!". Alright, so...

But the next day when I asked him, he can't remember at all... and he don't even remember I did wake him up!!! Gosh!!! Lucky him... so sweet! hmm... the tomato!

Let's enjoy the food

Have heard quite a lot of good feedback on Tao. But we're not too amazed by the food. We still prefer Umaiya. The waitresses/waiters are too busy walking beside us. No peace! and they keep their eyes on our plate. Once the last piece leaves the plate and they will ask can they take away the plate! and you will see a lot of hands in front of you taking away the plate while you still eating...! The music too, a bit annoying... My God... I need some peace life and have honey sweeties chit chat with my darling.

After a long long planning, finally we're at Keracut. The weather was not really good that day. We were worrying if it will rain. But well, windy day... so, that goes my blue sky!!! not a good weather to take photos!!!
We reached Gurney at 2pm then were wasting some time at G-hotel for some purposes! :p
Met Ying & Quek, then 4 of us went in one car!! met Sweet & Bryan at Taman Negara Entrance.
The ticket was kind a expensive. Yea, we went by boat..! Lazy piggies...! RM 220 two way!

I still don't know how to take potrait la... who want to be my model???

nothing much on the beach. Perhaps we're not exploring at all.
The boat ride has reminded me on the Sabah island trip... miss that! :)

The Christmas Eve

Changed my flight to the earlier one at 4pm. Reached LCCT at 5 something in the evening. Timing just nice for us heading to The Curve for our Christmas eve dinner. Dear picked The Appartment which I actually wanted to go for quite some time. The interior design is kind a cute and special. But the food is disappointing.

The service was bad. Dear has made a reservation at 8pm and we requested to make it earlier if possible. They arranged a table which was the nearest to the main entrance. I was kind a sick with the arrangement and requested to change to another table. Who want to sit near to the main entrance if there're tables available??!

Christmas set which costs RM55. We ordered two sets.

The Story of 20 minutes

Only if you know that story, 20 minutes! But that is not the point here. I'm not going to tell how we standing at shopping mall for hours. In the end, we ended up at Batu Ferringhi instead of Pantai Keracut. 5 of us with 4 dslr, again we went to Batu Ferringhi (OK, Stop asking me why! See the title... 20 minutes!!!) and act like a pro to take photos. But we have fun too... yea I mean don't think of Keracut!

I want to capture their expression, but too far...! I need a lense that can zoom further...!;P

It's hard to find a coconut tree nowadays... I want to take the typical coconut tree that we used to draw that in drawing... but I can't find one!

Would be nice if I can go tanning... :p who can accompany me?
